Description: The compact dimensions of the high performance units in the WIWA PROFIT series makes them ideal for flexible use by trade and industry. As all models come in both Airless and Air Assist versions, the right technology is available for nearly all areas of application. Above average durability and trouble free performance are guaranteed by the double pistons, carbide faced valve plates and stainless steel valve balls as well as a dual filter system comprising suction and high pressure filters. A closed lubrication chamber separates the air motor and the material pump. The lubricant prevents paint from drying onto the piston rod and protects the packings.

Airless Version – Ready to Spray models include (1) 1/4×50 Spray Hose, (1) WIWA 250D Spray Gun, (1) Reversible Spray Tip and Housing

Air Assisted Version – Bare models include (1) 25 ft. Combined Air (1/4) / Fluid (3/16) Hose. Ready to Spray models include 1) 25 ft. Combined Air (1/4) / Fluid (3/16) Hose, (1) WIWA AC 1800 Air-Assist Spray Gun and Housing

All wetted parts of Profit series pumps are stainless steel.

3. Pressure ratio can be varied bychanging the air motor piston diameter.
4. A closed lubrication chamberseparates the air motor and thematerial pump. The closed designprevents foreign objects such asblasting material from entering thepump system from the outside.The lubricant also prevents paintfrom drying onto the piston rod andprotects the packings.
5. Precision guides ensure simple andexact alignment of components andthus less wear and tear.
6. Better flushing due to short packingretention springs and large fluidpassages.
7. Sealing rings located in front of thethreads prevent the threads fromsticking and make disassemblyeasier.
8. Pump components are quick toassemble and disassemble as they aresimply screwed together.
